As a HR manager, you will often will often be required to resolve conflicts. What training would you provide to newly formed teams to promote functional rather than dysfunctional conflict?
It is becoming more and more evident that ethical organizational behaviour is key to organizational performance. As a HR manager, how would you promote and sustain an ethical transnational culture?
Negotiations are a key business activity. As a HR manager, what negotiation preparation strategy would you put in place to achieve optimal outcomes?
Presentation Requirements: This assignment requires use of the Harvard Referencing System.
You must use core references from the reading lists, and your own references from research. These can include: academic (refereed journals) and non-academic sources (quality news media, trade/industry journals).
A minimum of eight (8) external references are required in addition to core references from the reading lists.
It is recommended that you address each question individually.

Use of examples from the workplace and the organisations studied in this course to illustrate and support arguments.
Not only explains recommendations but also provides the evidential and theoretical grounds as to why those recommendations were made
