Research the Internet or the Strayer Library for articles on project manager guidelines in terms of time, cost, and resource estimates. Next, select a guideline that project managers can follow to develop useful and valuable work package estimates. Refer to your Week 3 Assignment 1, and determine at least two factors that have an impact on the time and cost estimate aspects of a project.
