I really like the conversations were having here this week. Let's discuss something for a second. How many of us have applied to numerous companies via the internet but just can't seem to get a response other than the auto generated email that is sent to you letting you know that someone will reach out to you if there is interest. It almost seems that your resume is going into the proverbial black hole. Do you feel that HR technology is to blame for this? Thoughts anyone?
