Managers, supervisors, and employees are often heard to complain that job descriptions and job analysis are a waste of their time or that job analysis does not hold any value for them.
Based on your reading of our textbook and your research of other sources, answer the following:
- Do you see value in the job analysis process? What would you say to convince a manager or employee to change their minds about the value of job analysis?
