Two individuals talk a deal , one writes up a hand written agreement, with name of the other in the body of the agreement. Then the first guy signs it at the bottom. The deal consists of trading vehicles, neither individuals have a clear title. The second guy agrees to pay additional $2,500. but agrees to have the title put in someone else name. Later, within 72 hours, the first guy repossesses the traded car, leaving second guy out a truck and $2500.00 dollars.in essence receiving nothing. Is this legal in Texas?
