Triathlons involve swimming, cycling, and running in succession over various distances. The July 2013 Sydenham Lakeside Olympic Triathlon near North Kingston, Ontario, featured a 1500-m swim, 40-km cycling course, and a 10-km run. A random sample of racers was obtained, and their finish times are given in the table below (in hours).
