Wee 'R Toys, Inc, a toy manufacturer, has its headquarters in Lincoln Nebraska. It markets it toys throughout the United States through mail order catalogs, television ads, and interactive website, and sales in nationwide department stores. The company just released it new Star Wars v. Star Trek wrestling dolls. In three (3) days, the company sold over 300,000 sets of the dolls nationwide. At least twenty five (25) people living in and around Center Valley, PA called the televised "800" number and ordered the dolls. Only 11 of those callers received the dolls ; however, all of them had their credit cards charged . The individuals who did not receive their dolls have come to your legal office in Bethlehem seeking to sue the company. Before getting into the legal nature of the dispute, you explain that you will have to determine if they can bring such a lawsuit in the local Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas.

(A) Is the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas the proper type of court in which to file a breach of contract law suit? Why or why not?

(B) For this part assume that the court is the proper venue. Does the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas have jurisdiction to hear this case? Explain in detail.
