Is it financially sound for big-time college basketball schools to build new arenas on campus (where alcohol sales are usually forbidden), or should they seek to partner with off-campus entities (public and/or commercial) to build a venue where they can sell alcohol? Remember, I said financially sound, I did not simply ask your opinion.
