So here is the question.
Its based on team conflicts. HRM MBA level.
Every team has two components to which it must pay attention: content and process. Content refers to the goals or objectives expected of the team, and process refers to how it accomplishes these objectives. Process includes how team members, as well as how they address their responsibility to move the project forward to complete the objectives.
Is either one more important, and why? What happens when one is addressed, but not the other?
