Conduct a search for scholarly sources on this topic, being sure to appropriately cite and reference them. Based on the information therein as well as your text and personal experiences and thoughts, state your own well-reasoned and supported opinions on the following questions:
1. Is ADHD a genuine and widespread issue or merely the labeling of "normal" behavior?
2. Is ADHD diagnosed in far more children than necessary?
3. To what extent should interventions other than medication be utilized in the treatment of ADHD? Be specific about these treatments and the reasons you think they should be applied.
