On 1 October 2014, James posted a letter to Irwin offering to sell his car for $27,000. Irwin posted the letter of acceptance on 15 October 2014 but the letter reached James on 30 October 2014. James called Irwin on 16 October 2014 withdrawing his offer and sold his motorcycle to Peter on the same day.
Irwin sues James for breach of contract. Advise Irwin as to his legal rights against James in relation to the agreement.
