Directions: The purpose of this assignment is for the students to iinvestigate the state of current evidence on an issue significant to the discipline of nursing. Suggested issues are evident in the Blais & Hayes (2016) textbook, (i.e. ethical dilemmas).
It is highly suggested that the student propose several possible issues to their professor early in the semester for approval/feedback. The expectation is that the student will narrow the focus of one of the broader issues mentioned above and then identify at least five articles in the peer-reviewed nursing databases to gain a better understanding of the issue.
The paper should be three to four pages (excluding the title page and reference pages) double-spaced, 12 point font 1-inch margins and follow APA guidelines for grammar, format and citations.
