"The best way to learn something is to teach it"! You will have the opportunity to teach your classmates one job analysis technique and learn from teaching it. You will choose one job analysis technique to work on (choose from the Jonassen, et. al. (1999) book). Your final product will be a lesson on your chosen technique.
Presentation Specifications:
Your lesson on your will be presented at the March 2nd class session. When preparing your lesson, please make sure that you:
• Clearly introduce this technique
• Explains its advantages and disadvantages
• Identify in what context this technique can be used
• Give an example of how to use it
• Include a brief activity to assess the effectiveness of your teaching
