You will need to conduct some research to support your explanation on why you selected your bill. This is the same bill you selected for your Module 1 Discussion and the same bill you will use to complete all Course Work inclusive of the 1st Virtual Conference. Your selection must have Proponents and Opponents (yes, research is required). If the selection does not have both requirements you must select a Health Policy bill that meets the requirements for the Course and is a non-negotiable requirement. If your selected bill does not meet the criteria you will be notified in the feedback section and a different bill will need to be selected. You can select either a Federal Bill or State Bill. Federal Bills cannot come from a Congress before the 119th and State Bills must be within an active legislature.
