Assignment:
For the purpose of this assignment, you are required to introduce a significant Sustainable Development initiative to the Waldorf Leura Gardens Resort.
You must demonstrate each EMS stage, and how their use led to your choice of initiative.
The initiative must enhance the resort's financial, social and environmental sustainability.
Your presentation must convince the resort, (i.e. your lecturer) why you are doing this and how you expect to implement the initiative across the whole operation.
Groups must consist of equal genders and mixed nationalities.
· Groups should pay attention to their physical appearance and attire, communication skills, effective use of language and props in the presentation, professionalism and attitude, coordination and timing, and group involvement (all members equitably participating). You are corporate consultants after all.
· Groups will not be provided with equipment other than what is already in the room. All groups may bring posters/props/handouts and other paraphernalia to enhance your presentation.
