Interview two people - a clinician which can be a physician, PA , NP or RN. Then interview someone with at least one chronic illness. Ask the following questions:
-What is wrong with healthcare today? Both
-What changes would you like to see in your PCP office? Patient
-What is difficult about caring for your chronic condition? Patient
-Why is it difficult to care for patients with chronic conditions? Clinician
-Do you feel EMRs/EHRs help or hinder the care of chronically ill patients? Clinician
-Create two more questions for each.
Outlining your findings. Compare and contrast what you learn from each stakeholder. Reflect on Christensen's quadrangle. Do the responses tie to what we've learned? Three references needed and follow APA rules.
