Interview business people who participate in the purchases of off-the-shelf software in their organizations. review with them the criteria for selecting off-the-shelf software presented in this chapter. have them prioritize the list of criteria as they are used in their organization and provied an explanation of hte rationable for the ranking of each criterion. ask them to list and describe any other criteria that are used in their organziatioin.
