3. Describe the importance of networking.

5. Do you have any entrepreneurial strategies you can share with me?
6. What type of strategies do you use and how do they impact planning?
7. Do you handle all of the functional areas of business (Operations, Marketing, Management, HR, Finance, or Legal) or do you outsource these positions? Explain
8. What role do ethics play in business?
9. What are some cultural issues that might have an impact on a business that I should be thinking about or at least aware of?
10. Can you provide examples of legal issues that one may encounter within a small business?
11. Can you give me an example of a legal issue and how you might handle this type of issue?
12. Do you feel that ethical and legal issues are one in the same? If not, how do they differ?
