Why are interpersonal skills important in health care management?
Interpersonal skills are those skills involved in dealing with and relating to other people largely on a one-on-one basis (McConnell, 2004). Having a great interpersonal skill will help develop a good relationship with subordinates which will result in having an ease of following your directions that yields good production.
