The Internet has helped to increase customer base and FedEx illustrates the value of being able to use the Internet for domestic and international business. The FedEx site has great brand action by being user friendly and catering to the user needs. I would also say that this site would also be one that has integrated with both B2B and B2C by satisfying the needs of individual consumers along with other businesses. Explain.
