1. Having seen the film, do you have any new perspectives on international criminal law? Did the film change your mind about anything, or bring issues to your attention you hadn’t thought of?
2. The Special Court for Sierra Leone was a hybrid court with trials held in Sierra Leone and with a mix of domestic and international judges and staff. Do you think this is a better model than that of the ICC and ICTY are purely international tribunals that have held trials in The Netherlands? Could the hybrid nobel be improved? Are there any advantages or disadvantages to the hybrid model?
