The paper should be in APA format, including your references. You must include a minimum of 2 peer-reviewed references, in addition to your other company or external references. (The Writing Center on campus is a great source for helping students with writing papers. If you do not understand APA or even if you would simply like for someone to look over your paper to help with grammar and spelling.)
Your paper should include, the following items:
Introduction of the company: brief history, background, the mission and vision, etc.
Environment (SWOT) (Chapter 3 & 6):
External Environmental Forces: What are the Strengths and Weaknesses of the
Internal Environmental Forces: What are the Opportunities and Threats of the company?
Company structure/departmentalization/authority structure. Teams approach (Chapter 9 & 10)
