The role of the Community Health Nurse for the African American Culture : (ADPIE) Assessment; Community Health Diagnosis; Planning activities including education, health promotion and teaching, target audiences (i.e., patients, families, community agencies, etc.); Interventions/Implementation; and Evaluation.
