Prepare a 1document in which you develop a representation of "actual" sections of employee handbook (**This must be original student content/work**). In addition to explaining the company to which employee handbook applies, also address the issues of privacy, employee/applicant testing, and performance evaluations in the global workplace. This assignment should include (but is not limited to) the consideration of the following questions in drafting your handbook sections:
a. What privacy rights issues should be addressed?
b. What should the company's position be in response to privacy rights issues?
c. How will your privacy protections limit the company's liability?
