5. Oil prices have soared in recent years. Besides, being a non-renewable resource, consumption in developing countries is unprecedented. For instance, in China, a factory goes on line every day (needing oil for fuel) and the Chinese are trading in bikes for cars in record numbers. How can we deal with these situations as perhaps environmental partners with such countries?
