Assignment Task:
Recommendation to improve the company:
Increase brand awareness by advertising Insight Power's technical services to the public to attract new customers.
In order to find new customers, we first need to see which services the public would use.
Test Findings:
From the survey conducted, 17 participants responded.
The two most popular services were Software Management and Hardware & Infrastructure.
This is equally good for Insight Power since they can focus on these two services to advertise to the public.
We sent a questionnaire to the same 15 workers. It was simply to find which service they had the most experience in.
The majority said that they have the most experience with Hardware & Infrastructure.
We then interviewed Jay and discussed the results with him. Jay said he was happy with the results and will look into providing hardware services to the public.
This includes services such as server and networking setups.
