Choose a public space that is somehow inaccessible (think beyond the need for wider doorways, ramps, etc.) for a special needs population. Propose an technology that would make the space more usable for this group. In your presentation include any relevant background information: how the space is used and it's physical layout, describe the intended users, how the space doesn't accommodate their needs, describe your solution and its benefits. Incorporate the principles of universal design in your proposal. Provide images or a model of the original space and mockups of how your solution would be installed in the space.
