1. Come up with your own list (not from our text or research) of five questions which would be both useful and legally permissible during the interview process. Next, change/replace 1-3 words in each of the questions which would make them impermissible. Finally, explain why each modified question would be impermissible and what/which legal standard(s) it would violate, specifically.
2. In your own words, explain your understanding of content validity, construct validity, predictive validation, and concurrent validation. How do each of these terms relate to one another? Also, list an example of a means of assessment which has high construct validity and one that has poor/weak construct validity and why.
