Vulnerability can be a complex concept. It is not the same as consequences, but it leads to or contributes to consequences and impacts when a hazard occurs.

Prepare a paper of at least 250 words that explains the concept of vulnerability as it relates to risk; include explanation of physical and social vulnerability and provide examples of how they can lead to harm in a hazard occurrence.

Use at least two credible sources, and include reference citations in APA Style.

In your own words, explain at least two different ways of quantifying or looking at the potential consequences and impacts of a hazard.
