In your own words, do you see how a project design is getting documented in thd SSDs, the operation contracts, the class diagrams, the sequence diagrams, and the communication diagrams?
Do you think it is overkill to have this much documentation if the team that documents is also doing the coding?
Do you think it is overkill if these documents are sent overnight to offshore, and code returned the next morning, as a regular part of the development process?
