In your opinion are good speakers born or created? What are the difficult aspects of the verbal or nonverbal delivery that a speaker has to demonstrate?
The old saying goes that "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." Given chapter 11's explanation of communication and language, do you agree or disagree with the saying? Why or why not?
