Report - Industry Survey
Please research the study-abroad industry, how it works, main types of service providers and main types of service consumers, types of products offered, prices, other relevant information.
In your final report provide:
- A brief overview of the industry
- A typology of service providers
- A typology of service consumers and decision makers
- A typology of main products
- A general overview of prices (approximate range for each product listed in the point above)
As you are conducting this research, think how the decision makers and customers could be reached most efficiently and what the service providers may be overlooking that VSA can offer to beat competition.
While your research should be very thorough to provide a solid understanding and foundation for your further work on this challenge, you should NOT have to describe the industry in detail in your report. Your client knows the industry well and will not be interested in your lengthy general review. Include in the report only a concise (bullet-list of table format) summaries and typologies, and focus on the findings that you suspect the client may not know and will find insightful and useful.
