In your final project you discussed in detail a project

In your final project, you discussed in detail a project risk and strategies for mitigation. Now, it is time to see what happens next and close out the project with a postmortem review. In your post, first briefly summarize the risk you identified and the mitigation strategy recommended. Do you think management will accept or reject your risk mitigation proposal? Considering lessons learned, describe how the project progressed and ended. Did it end on time and within budget? Did it maintain the original scope? Or did some of the triple constraints suffer? Were your customers and stakeholders satisfied with the delivered product. Why or why not? Provide sufficient details so that your classmates have a clear picture of your team’s project. In responding to your classmates, participate in the project postmortems by providing process improvement suggestions for the posted scenario. Your goal is to provide a suggestion that would help this project or this team run more smoothly in the future. This discussion will require some imagination. However, as you may see, being able to imagine a response is often a part of effectively communicating during project work. Grading Information
