In which i am testing students attitudes toward elearning

Problem

In thematic analysis, when calculating measures of intercoder reliability, some people recommend Cohen's Kappa, over Krippendorff's Alpha. At least from my research, these are two reliability testing indices with above-average popularity or high recommendations. Which of them would be most suitable for my research, in which I am testing students' attitudes toward eLearning software using semi-structured interviews? I have also seen that while ALPHA.ti and the Delve Tool are good for coding, it may be better to test the codes in another tool that can calculate Cohen's Kappa or Krippendorff's Alpha, such as ProSuite from Provalis Research, which has SimStat functionality. All this seems so overwhelming; how can I keep things simple in my qualitative research and still achieve the aims of the research?
