1. Review your Individual Development Plan from Topic and the coaching and mentoring techniques you are considering for your mentee. How does your plan or your proposed techniques align with Christian values and principles? Be sure to specifically define two Christian values or principles in your response.
2. As a mentor, how will you help to identify key elements you want your mentee to include in the Individual Development Plan? Is there a difference between coaching and mentoring activities? Describe the importance of agreed-upon goals in an Individual Development Plan. In what ways will you go about achieving these goals?
