Participate in an online meeting
Sign up for free versions of WebEx, GoToMeeting, or another service to practice participating in an online meeting. In groups of four or five, have one person take the role of facilitator to schedule a time and send an invitation to the rest of the team.
During the meeting, discuss the benefits and obstacles of using the tool for an organization where you worked recently. In what ways could the service be useful for the organization? In what ways is the service not appropriate for this particular organization?
