When considering your health care disparity, plan a solution for the identified problem (disparity) .The research is on lack of insurance coverage in health care.
1) Should have Measurable goals - ex- a 10% reduction in condition X, versus "reduced rates of condition X"
2) How will you measure?
3) In what population will you apply the plan?
4) When would you measure to see if the plan was effective?
5) What is your solution and why do you believe it would be effective?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
