Guidance on the best way to answer the following question.
If I brought a claim in contract against someone in the Supreme Court, but I know that the individual is currently residing out of my jurisdiction, and I wish to have the legal documents served on her while she is residing in that other jurisdiction. In what circumstances would the court grant me permission? And what steps would I need to take before the courts permit me to serve the documents?
