Application Assignment: Forces of Change
In today's contemporary economic environment, change is a reality. All firms and organizations experience change. How the organizational leadership and management responds to and deals with change determines the overall success of the firm.
Managers are change agents who must deal with forces that MAKE a need for change. These forces can come from both inside the organization and from outside the organization.
In a brief essay, describe and evaluate the external and the internal forces that bring about the need for change. Using the start up business from the application assignment in Unit Two or using the company where you currently work, identify the forces of change that are applicable.
