In this week's materials we look at "what managers do" as well as the "management process".
Write your paper to answer the following questions:
1. How important is teamwork in the management process in each of the four areas?
2. Describe a management event that you were part of where teamwork was not evident, and what would you do to improve it, based on this week's material?
3. Based on Drucker's task assertions, are managers better served dealing with you as an individual, or in a team?
4. Why are we placing such a focus on management and teamwork this first week?
5. Do teams even exist anymore in a business enviroinment? Why or why not?
