2.3 Procedure
1.Interview a colleague about a cross-cultural situation in which he or she is currently involved. Analyze it from a cross-cultural perspective using any of the dimensions discussed in Modules 1 and 2, including textbook readings.

2.Turn-in a description of the situation, your cross-cultural analysis of the situation, and the recommendations that you would make to increase the chances of the situation being successful
