Application of Dissolved Gas Analysis
Task Description
In this assignment students will analyse a number of DGA data from field transformers. Different relevant standards and other internationally accepted methods can be used to predict incipient faults/conditions and a comprehensive report will be submitted.
Data for DGA analysis
• Students are encouraged to collect data from the organisations they are attached to
• If any student couldn't collect data he/she can contact Kapila before 2/08/2015
• We encourage to include data from the same unit in different occasions (annual data), data from units having different ratings, age and from different manufacturers.
