In the United States, women have rights and the freedom to work. If women were denied the right to work in the United States, then that would be unethical based on rights-based ethics. However, in other countries women do not have rights and the freedom to work. Based on rights-based ethics, would it be unethical to deny those women the right to work if they desired to work?
