In the united states of america us every individual has

In the United States of America (US) every individual has moral rights to protect human rights in every countries and all over the world. As a nation we have Bill of Rights that was approved on September 17, 1787. The Bill of Rights guarantee rights as free speech and the right to a fair trait for everyone. As a matter of fact, the U.S Supreme Court law establish on June 13, 1966 a decision case of Miranda V. Arizona that stated that a criminal suspect can refuse answering question from a police officer. The law enforcement must be informed about their rights of having an attorney and self- incriminated. Miranda V. Arizona falls down in the 5th amendment and 6th amendment. In the United States the rights have to be respect and be fair to every individual and have equality. At the same time, terrorist suspects should have the same rights as having Miranda Warnings (Stearns, 2016). If the nation stops treating the terrorist like humans and start treating them as animals without right then, we are doing the same thing as a terrorist of taking people's constitution rights. It's a violation in the eye of a man to be cruel and unfair to every citizen.
