In the third assigned write-up, students may write about the merger and acquisition activity of the Coca Cola. Students will be needed to submit a written paper of 1-2.
1. Select one acquisition the company has undertaken during recent history and explain details of the deal.
2. What synergies were created as a result of the acquisition, thinking about both cost synergies and revenue?
3. Provide your thoughts on whether or not you think the acquisition was successful.
