Please, help me reduce grammatical errors in this paragraph.

In the previous lectures, I have learned there is always a next turn in a conversation and that second turn I should reformulate my answers as they have the power to encourage or hurting others' feeling and even punish me. In this week assignment, I have learned to express my feelings in so many ways. One of the best strategies that I found helpful is to not speak at all. I do not have to prove myself or think that I am right, and the other person is wrong in a conversation. However, it is encouraged to ask the person to paraphrase his or her answers for me to know if they understand the message or I can ask restate the sentence for them. In my interpersonal communication result, it shows that I can detect when someone is not comfortable or confuse in a conversation. If I am to use one of the theories to express ones feeling. I will use the technique of paraphrasing, or do not say anything that can lead to an argument, keep quiet, and avoid easing in difficult conversation that can make the person confuse, increase anxiety and the person will not receive the message clearly. I have the tendency to ease in my conversation but learn to speak another way.
