In the ever-changing on-line environment, social media has become an ever-present part of our daily lives. Increasingly, we are seeing the use of social media as a tool in hiring/firing of employees and in screening people for clubs, groups, teams, etc. Do you believe that there is legal standing for the use of social media to make these types of decisions (why/why not)?
