In regards to subordinate evaluations, how would you like to be evaluated by a member of the company on our behavior, attitudes, and methods, and you don't know they are doing until you get a notice that "your valuation has been completed/ Do you like that idea? Why or why not? And yes, I know as HR we are always supposed to be on our best behavior.
