It is completely shocking that groupthink can have life and death consequences because it is not reasoning that a desire for harmony in a group can reach this extent. In other words, relying on groupthink in essential issues is far from logic and surprising because in a workplace, members are being engaged in moral obligation instead of the occupational and professional obligation that must be the first priority.
