Using at least three readings from sources and other materials, please write a 1500 word essay on following topic
Question : Using evidence from the module readings, critically discuss the following statement: In order to ensure a committed workforce, we must select self-motivated individuals at the recruitment stage, because it is impossible for managers to motivate employees.
The most appropriate readings for this question are to be found under Week Two, but if you wish you can also use materials from the rest of the module.
